Billion88 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Guidelines

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on the billion88 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the billion88 platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and billion88 ("Platform"). This document should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and billion88.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the billion88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age applicable in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be an individual (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) using the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You must register using true, accurate and up-to-date information – including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address.
• You may only hold one account on the billion88 platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not prohibited from using billion88's services under any applicable law or regulation.
• You are playing with your own funds and not on behalf of any third party.

Billion88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Documents that may be requested include a MyKad, passport, or other official identification recognised by the Malaysian government.

3. User Account & Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for the security of and all activity that occurs under your billion88 account. This responsibility includes:

• Keep your billion88 account password confidential – do not share it with anyone, including family members.
• Using a strong password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
• Notify the billion88 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensuring your account information (phone number, email, bank details) is always up to date for security and withdrawal purposes.
• Not to transfer or sell your billion88 account to any other party.

Billion88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account. However, billion88 has systems in place to detect suspicious activity and will take appropriate action to protect your account if any unusual activity is identified.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the billion88 platform are subject to the following policies:

Deposit and withdrawal methods accepted by billion88 are limited to Malaysian local payment options only, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks). billion88 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via any other method.

Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the original deposit. Billion88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal for AML and player protection purposes. Any withdrawal request that does not pass this security process will be held until full verification is received.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by billion88 are subject to wagering requirements and any other conditions stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Please read the terms of each bonus carefully before claiming it.

The general principles applicable to all billion88 bonuses are as follows:

• Welcome bonuses and deposit bonuses are available to eligible new members only, once per account.
• The standard wagering requirement for billion88 bonuses ranges between 20x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the bonus type.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games and Live Casino games may contribute at a lower rate (usually 10–20%).
• Bonuses must be fully wagered within the validity period stated (typically 7 to 30 days, depending on the bonus).
• Billion88 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus or bonus winnings if bonus terms are violated or bonus abuse is detected.
• Each user, IP address, device, phone number, and payment method is eligible for one welcome bonus only.

Billion88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is a serious violation that may result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6. General Game Rules

All games available on the billion88 platform — including slots, baccarat, table games, progressive jackpots, and virtual sports — are subject to the following rules:

• All games use independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by billion88 or any third party.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is stated in the game information and is based on long-term statistics – it does not guarantee returns in any individual gaming session.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, billion88 will endeavour to restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, any affected bets will be refunded to the player's account.
• Billion88 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet service disruptions on the user's end or user device failures.
• Billion88 reserves the right to void any bet or game suspected of involving a significant technical error.

7. Sports Betting & Badminton

The Sports Betting section of billion88 — covering Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, and a wide range of other sports — is subject to the following additional rules:

• All confirmed ("Accepted") bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended after placement.
• Billion88 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason.
• If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or not completed in accordance with the applicable betting rules, billion88 will apply the settlement rules set out in the Sports Betting terms to determine the outcome of affected bets.
• For BWF badminton events, bets will be settled based on the official results published by the Badminton World Federation.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to real-time delays. billion88 is not responsible for any discrepancies between actual in-game conditions and what is displayed on the platform due to transmission delays.
• Billion88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error.

8. Prohibited Conduct & Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the billion88 platform and may result in immediate account termination:

• Identity fraud: Registering under another person's name, using falsified documents, or impersonating someone else.
• Multiple accounts: Holding more than one billion88 account under any circumstances.
• Bonus abuse: Claiming bonuses using multiple identities or methods designed to exploit the billion88 bonus system.
• Payment fraud: Using payment methods not registered in your name, using another person's credit card, or any other form of unauthorised payment.
• Money laundering: Using the billion88 platform as a means to process or conceal illegally obtained funds.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play or place bets on the billion88 platform.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Intentionally exploiting errors or technical glitches on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Unauthorised collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.

9. Account Termination & Suspension

Billion88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, billion88 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, unused bonuses, and pending withdrawals associated with the violating activity. If the account is closed for any other reason (such as at the user's own request), any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the required verification process.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, billion88 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by users as a result of gambling activity on the billion88 platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond billion88's control, including internet infrastructure failures, cyber attacks or natural disasters.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the billion88 platform.
• Acts or omissions by third parties, including game providers, payment processors, or other service providers.

Billion88's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the arising of the liability claim.

11. Privacy, Data & Confidentiality

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by billion88 is subject to Privacy Policy which forms part of this agreement. By using the billion88 platform, you agree to the data processing practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Billion88 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Your data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with service partners essential to platform operations, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.

12. Amendments & Governing Law

Billion88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before the effective date of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between the parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed arbitration procedures.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remaining Terms & Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
